Delivery

All deliveries are sent via courier. Couriers are unable to call before delivery, they may deliver anytime during business hours. Additional costs may apply if the delivery address is unattended and the courier cannot get your signature for delivery.

Consider using your work address as your delivery address.

Deliveries to capital cities generally take between 1-7 business days, the average is two (i.e. Perth can be 5-7 days for larger items and 1-3 days for Air-Bags) however this is when items are not on back order and payment has cleared. Some payment methods such as Direct Deposit take an extra 1-2 working days to clear. Delivery times are not guaranteed as we are not the couriers. If your order is urgent please let us know.

Back orders

Happen when item(s) you order were out of stock  (check the stock level on the products page). Back orders increase delivery time. If the delay is expected to be over 14 days, we will contact you for instructions. Once sent, tracking information in your account allows you to contact the courier company directly for likely delivery times.

Phone Orders

You can order over the phone however we require your land line number and/or confirmation of your identity via a "proper" e-mail address such as your Australian Company's (.com.au) or Bigpond, not Yahoo, G-mail etc.
